GIS Integration Specialist

water and wastewater management solutions, is seeking a Sales Director or Vice
President of Sales to lead and accelerate growth for our cutting-edge SaaS

This role is critical to ensure our municipal
utility customers are set up for success from day one. You will work closely with clients
to integrate customer GIS data, support implementation workflows, and provide technical
insight that enhances adoption and long-term satisfaction.

with Esri ArcGIS tools and applications and municipal or utility data, strong communication skills,

Key
Responsibilities:
- Lead municipal clients through GIS data onboarding,
migration, and integration into ClearFlow.
- Cleanse, standardize, and align utility GIS and asset
data for successful platform ingestion.
- Configure Enterprise or AGOL environments, layers,
maps, and symbology to align with ClearFlow system requirements.
- Work directly with utility teams to understand operational
workflows and align work order processes within ClearFlow.
- Set up and configure applicable ClearFlow modules during
implementation; test configurations and resolve integration issues.
- Provide light GIS development and automation support
(e.g., feature service updates, schema alignment, scripting).
- Collaborate with internal and customer teams to ensure
smooth, on-time customer launches.
- Support customer training and documentation
related to data workflows.
- Troubleshoot data and integration issues, serving as a bridge
between customer operations and product capability.
Preferred
Experience:
- Extensive hands-on experience with ArcGIS required.
- Familiarity with municipal or government utility data preferred (water, wastewater, stormwater, asset layers).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to guide municipal customers, explain technical concepts clearly, and troubleshoot issues.
- Experience working with government clients or supporting SaaS implementations is a plus.
- Basic scripting or automation experience is a plus (e.g., Python, FME, ModelBuilder).
- Project coordination or light project management experience preferred.
- Experience with Vertical Assets a plus.
