Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the execution of B2B sales strategies in the muni water/wastewater sector.
- Establish and build long-term relationships with muni clients and water utility decision makers.
- Lead RFP management, including proposals, negotiations and contract execution.
- Expand ClearFlow’s presence in new and existing markets.
- Build, mentor and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Evangelize ClearFlow at water industry conferences and tradeshows, driving new busines.
Preferred Experience:
- Proven sales leadership in SaaS and/or municipal water/wastewater industries.
- Experience leading and building high-performing sales teams.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of municipal government procurement processes.
- Familiarity with ESRI ArcGIS and CRM is a plus.
